In the morning of February 3^rd, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation framework agreement was held between and by Shanxi Provincial Guoxin Energy Development Group Co., Ltd. and TISCO. Wang Hua, the director of the board of supervisors in enterprises dispatched by State Assets Administration Committee of Shanxi Province, was invited to attend the ceremony. The attendees from Guoxin Energy Group include the chairman Liang Xiehu, the general manager Liu Jun, vice president Chen Yongming, Gao Zhiwu, Duan Dehu and related personnel. The attendees from TISCO include TISCO chairman Li Xiaobo, the secretary of TISCO CCP party committee Yang Haigui, the TISCO general manager Gao Xiangming, the STSS general manager Liu Fuxing, the TISCO vice president Peng Cungen, the STSS vice president Wang Baidong and related personnel.

　　

The ceremony is chaired by Yang Haigui and adressed by Liang Xiehu and Li Xiaobo. Liu Jun and Gao Xiangming on behalf of two enterprises respectively signed the cooperation agreement.

　　

Li Xiaobo extended his congratulation to the significant progress achieved by the two partners. He pointed out that, in the course of promoting the transformational development of Shanxi province, Guoxin Energy and TISCO play an important role. In the past, Guoxin Energy and TISCO had a pleasure cooperation in gas supply, established a good friendship and set a solid foundation for a closer cooperation. The strategic cooperation framework agreement signed today has accelerate our partnership to a new level. It is hoped that the two company will take advantage of this opportunity and play their full role, to develop boarder cooperation in terms of gas production and sales, new material processing, trade service and etc., to foster new profit gains and competitiveness, to write a new chapter for cooperation between excellent enterprises, and to create a new phase for transformational development.

Through continious innovation and independent implementation, TISCO has finished its transformation to a worldwide top class steel producer, and TISCO is a model for Guoxin Energy. During the “twelfth-five” period, Guoxin Energy will put priority to the development and utilization of gas, take the transportation and sales of coal as a basic industry and trade as its third business, actively take part into the concrete industry reform of Shanxi Province, make a pre-layout for oil shale resource development and utilization, forge a environmental and high efficient circulation industry chain, actualize the combination of the capitals of industry and finance.
